Supplier onboarding pack
A supplier-quality or sourcing team should not have to reconstruct the qualification picture from scattered pages. During onboarding we can provide or confirm the following, subject to the project scope and confidentiality requirements:

This structure lets a buyer qualify the actual manufacturing and supply route rather than judging the supplier from a generic brochure.

We do not publish one universal MOQ. Practical batch size depends on tooling, alloy, part weight, setup and inspection scope. For repeat programs, VMI, blanket orders, stock-and-release and scheduled releases can separate the economic production lot from the customer's consumption quantity.

State the exact grade, governing standard, heat-treatment condition, mechanical properties and repair restrictions on the RFQ.
Inspection and verification
Core inspection resources include Hexagon and Mitutoyo CMMs, spectrometry, ferrite and roughness measurement, Brinell / Rockwell hardness, pressure testing and in-house static/dynamic balance verification for suitable rotating components when specified. Project-specific routes can additionally include tensile or impact testing, corrosion testing and penetrant, ultrasonic or radiographic examination when required by the governing specification and technically suitable for the component. Specialist testing outside the routine in-house route is coordinated to the agreed requirement.

Applicable certificates, inspection records and project-specific documentation are confirmed during supplier qualification.
VMI, stocking, release and JIT support
For repeat programs, we support vendor-managed inventory (VMI), safety stock, blanket orders, stock-and-release, Kanban replenishment and JIT (just-in-time) delivery through warehouse arrangements in the United States, Europe and China. The warehouse location, inventory ownership, min/max or safety-stock target, forecast/consumption data, release frequency, Incoterms and replenishment rule are defined for each program.
This can reduce replenishment risk, shorten the customer release cycle and separate economical production batches from the quantity consumed at the assembly line. See the dedicated VMI, JIT & Stocking Programs page

Second-source / alternate-source qualification
Existing production drawings can be reviewed specifically for second-source, alternate-source, supplier-diversification or capacity-overflow qualification. A useful package includes the controlled drawing, current annual demand, release size, current material / inspection standard, and the reason the program is being re-sourced.
Qualification can then focus on process match, capacity, QMS / ISO, inspection and traceability, documentation, tooling / fixture transfer risk, and the planned supply model rather than repeating a generic supplier questionnaire.
