State the exact grade, governing standard, heat-treatment condition, mechanical properties and repair restrictions on the RFQ.
Inspection and verification
Core inspection resources include Hexagon and Mitutoyo CMMs, spectrometry, ferrite and roughness measurement, Brinell / Rockwell hardness and pressure testing. Project-specific routes can additionally include tensile or impact testing, corrosion testing and penetrant, ultrasonic or radiographic examination when required by the governing specification and technically suitable for the component. Specialist testing outside the routine in-house route is coordinated to the agreed requirement.
Certification documents

Certificate copies are retained with the dates and scopes printed on the documents. The latest applicable certificates, inspection records and project-specific documentation are confirmed during supplier qualification.
Stocking, release and JIT support
For repeat programs, we can support safety stock, scheduled releases and JIT (just-in-time) delivery through warehouse arrangements in the United States, Europe and China. The warehouse location, inventory ownership, agreed buffer quantity, release frequency, Incoterms and replenishment rule are defined for each program.
This can be used to reduce replenishment risk, shorten the customer release cycle and separate production batch economics from the quantity consumed at the assembly line.
