Information collected
The short RFQ form collects the information entered by the visitor, such as name, company, work email, country and project message. The information is used to respond to the enquiry and evaluate a potential manufacturing project.
Site operators and enquiry handling
China Precision Metal is the shared website used by Qingdao Zhonghe Precision Casting Metal Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Vastar Industrial Co., Ltd. Enquiry data may be reviewed by personnel supporting both legal entities to evaluate the project and respond. The legal entity issuing a formal quotation is identified for each customer program.
Data storage
Online form submissions are delivered to the shared RFQ mailbox through a transactional email service and are not separately stored in a website-side customer database. Email systems and service providers may retain delivery and security logs according to their own retention practices.
Analytics and enquiry attribution
The site may use privacy-focused, aggregate website analytics to understand page performance and referral sources. It does not intentionally build advertising profiles from form submissions.
For RFQ attribution, the browser may keep the first landing path, the external referring site origin and standard utm_* campaign parameters in session storage. This information is not sent to us unless the visitor submits the RFQ form; when submitted, it is included with the enquiry so we can understand which page or campaign produced the lead. The attribution record is session-scoped and is not used to build a cross-site profile.
Form security
The short RFQ form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile performs browser-side security checks and the resulting token is validated by the website before a form submission is accepted. Cloudflare states that Turnstile processes the data needed for this security function and does not access the contents entered into the RFQ form.
