Application configuration
The fastest technical review starts with the operating envelope and the interfaces around the valve. Options are confirmed by valve family and governing standard.
Ball, butterfly, check valve or Y strainer; DN/NPS, pressure class and required flow path.
Body and trim materials selected against media, corrosion allowance, temperature and applicable material standard.
Seat, seal and packing system selected for shutoff, temperature, chemical compatibility and cycling duty.
Threaded, flanged, wafer, clamp, weld or other specified interfaces, subject to the selected valve family.
Manual, gear, pneumatic or electric actuation with fail action, switches, solenoids or position feedback where required.
Medium, pressure/temperature range, leakage or shutoff criteria, cleaning requirements and inspection documentation.
OEM & private-label workflow
For distributor and OEM programs, engineering control comes first. Branding, packaging and replenishment are released after the approved valve matrix is stable.
Review OEM & white-label valve programs ↗Confirm service conditions, market standards, sizes, pressure classes and required documentation.
Freeze body/trim, seats, connections, actuation and accessories by model and size.
Review drawings, samples, pressure/leak requirements, marking and agreed inspection records before release.
Finalize nameplates, artwork, packaging, lot traceability, stocking and scheduled-release rules.
