For repeat programs, we can arrange safety stock and scheduled releases through warehouse support in the United States, Europe and China. JIT / just-in-time delivery plans are agreed around the customer forecast, release frequency, inventory ownership and replenishment rules.

What happens after you send the enquiry

We route the drawing to the relevant casting, machining, finishing, inspection or valve team. Missing specifications or manufacturability conflicts are clarified before a formal quotation is issued. The RFQ panel below lists the information that helps us review the project fastest.

1. Drawing & specification check. We confirm revision, material/standard, annual quantity, critical features, finish, testing and documentation requirements.
2. Manufacturing-route review. Casting/tooling, machining datums and stock, finishing, assembly and inspection are evaluated only where the part requires them.
3. Clarifications before pricing. Missing tolerances, material condition, acceptance criteria, repair restrictions or documentation scope are resolved before quotation assumptions are locked.
4. Quotation scope. The quotation identifies the offered manufacturing route and the commercial assumptions relevant to the project, such as tooling or NRE where applicable, quantity/lot basis, inspection/documentation scope, packing and delivery terms.
