Integrated manufacturing in Qingdao
Our production team can combine silica-sol investment casting, CNC turning and milling, mechanical polishing and finishing, assembly, dimensional inspection, material verification and pressure testing within one project. When a component needs more than casting alone, the downstream machining, finishing and inspection plan can be developed around the finished drawing.
Our manufacturing capability includes 3 g to 150 kg investment-cast parts, approximately 60 tons/month casting capacity and 30+ CNC machines covering turning, turn-mill, 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining, horizontal and vertical machining centers, EDM and supporting operations.
How we work with OEM programs
We review the drawing, material, volume, critical characteristics and inspection requirements first, then plan the manufacturing route around the finished part. Casting, machining, finishing, assembly and verification can be supplied together or as the subset the program actually requires.
Quality and verification
Core inspection resources include Hexagon and Mitutoyo CMMs, surface-roughness measurement, ferrite measurement, hardness testing, spectrometry and hydrostatic / pneumatic testing. Depending on the specification, project test routes can also include tensile or impact testing, corrosion testing and penetrant, ultrasonic or radiographic examination; specialist work is coordinated when it falls outside the routine in-house route. The inspection plan is selected to the drawing, material standard, defect type and service risk.

Stocking and JIT support
For repeat programs, warehouse arrangements in the United States, Europe and China can support safety stock, scheduled releases and JIT supply. Stock ownership, target buffer, release frequency and replenishment rules are agreed by program.
Legal entities and contracting
China Precision Metal is the shared website and market-facing name used by Qingdao Zhonghe Precision Casting Metal Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Vastar Industrial Co., Ltd. The two companies are separate legal entities and may each issue quotations and enter into contracts with customers. The same operating team handles manufacturing, engineering and commercial work for both legal entities, and both companies offer the manufacturing capabilities presented on this site. The legal entity issuing the quotation and accepting the purchase order or contract is identified for each customer program.
Manufacturing experience
